  • What is Enquirysol?

    • Enquirysol is an Online Portal for Vendor Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Lead Generation for new business enquiries.

  • What are the measures taken to make sure all the enquiries are genuine?

    • EnquirySol follows the systematic steps for company registration and authentication procedure through email to make sure the company is genuine. The enquiries submitted as a guest will be sent to the vendor only after verification by EnquirySol team.

  • What happens when I submit an enquiry as a guest?

    • When the enquiry is submitted as a guest it will not send to the companies as when you submit as a registered member. The enquiry will be reviewed by the team before it is sent to the companies. This will take 12-24 hours time.

  • Why should I use EnquirySol?

    • EnquirySol is a platform to bring buyers and sellers closer. This helps the buyers to get more options from the relevant suppliers in the market. The best part is that EnquirySol is to save time on research and submit enquiries on company websites.

  • If two people from the same company are registered, how it is relevant in getting enquiries?

    • The company registration is restricted on email id domain used during the registration. Hence when the second person tries to register the company using the same email Id domain the first person who already registered will get the notification.

  • If the second person registers the company with same email domain but different service. How it will work?

    • When the second person tries to do registration the notification will go to the first person and on approval from the first person the second person will be able to complete the account creation.

  • If two or more people from same company want to register with the same services. How it will work?

    • When the second person tries to do registration the notification will go to the first person and on approval from the first person the second person will be able to complete the account creation.

  • The person who owns the account in EnquirySol has left the company, how to transfer the account ownership?

    • Now, the new person who would like to get the ownership of the account can contact the support team through chat or support@enquirysol.com with the required documents like new person posting proof and old person relieving proof or also a No Objection Letter on a company letterhead with stamp to start the process and if there is any suspect there is a chance for background verification from the support team.

  • How are my chances to get more enquiries?

    • EnquirySol serves on first come first serve basis. The different possibilities are like more enquiries you generate where older account get preference and for the new accounts like who does frequent updates and spend more time on keeping logged in also will be considered. So the algorithm works with a calculation on the older account, more account updates and logged in time.

  • If the company has different branches, do we need the first person approval for creating a new account for new locations?

    • No, when the new company is registered from a new location with the same email id domain there will not be any approval process to create the account.

  • Do I have to pay for the service used or enquiries generated?

    • Now, EnquirySol doesn’t have a featured account option. All the accounts are free of charge.

  • I have existing vendors, how can I use EnquirySol?

    • EnquirySol helps to manage the existing vendors, using the Vendor Relationship Management we have the option to create the lists of vendors and submit the new enquiries on your requirement.
  • Do the vendors also need to be a member of the portal?

    • Yes, all the vendors should be a member of the portal. You can search the member by email and if you don’t find the vendor in the portal there is an option to send an invitation so that they can register to become the part of your vendor list.
